Dr. John Ngan

As one of Hong Kong leading urologists, who also had special training in pediatric urology, John began his work with Chinese orphans in 2002 by providing his first voluntary surgery to a baby boy with a lifelong congenital disability.  In alliance with other medical specialists to create the China Orphan Outreach programme, which provides the vital logistical support to enable much needed surgeries to be carried out.  Dr. Ngan is also an accomplished violinist, who founded MedArt with several doctors and professional musicians in bringing music to those underprivileged within hospice or long term confinement institutions.

Dr. CP Yu

Dr. CP Yu is one of Hong Kong's leading specialists in neurosurgery.  Working together with John in the mission of reaching to the needs of orphaned children thru China Orphan Outreach programme, CP performs corrective operations on orphaned babies with brain and spinal defects at hospitals in Hong Kong, Suzhou and Beijing. He has a special interest in music training of violin and brain development, who believes medicine and music together traverse the boundaries of science and art; while one can treat the body and the other with the power to heal the soul.
